Product Information

Exhaust under body heat shields have an annoying habit of failing around the area of their fixing point leading to rattling noises. The heat shields are usually still serviceable but their mounting holes will have become too big for the clamping washers to fix them in place. The Connect 34317 kit provides a 52mm diameter disc of heat shield material to allow the original shield to be repaired and reused when used in conjunction with a heat shield retaining washer.

Features
  • Applications include: Ford & Volkswagen Group vehicles.
  • Kit contains: 20x heat shield discs.
  • Use in conjunction with heat shield washer. Various profiles available, please see Connect Part Nos. 36149 (Ford & VW Group), 36150 (Ford & VW Group), 36415 (VW Group), 36416 (Ford), 36481 (Ford & VW Group).
