Product Information

The Everbuild Sika Fire Foam B2 Gun Grade is a quick-setting, one-part polyurethane foam designed with fire-resistant properties. This foam expands upon application to up to 50 times its original volume, meeting the requirements of DIN 4102 Part 1 for Construction Materials: Class B2.

  • Can be cut, sawn, or plastered over within one hour when applied at temperatures between +5 to +25°C, ideally at 20°C.
  • Provides a high degree of fire rating, slowing down the passage of flames and smoke compared to standard B3 grades.
  • Ideal for filling gaps around pipe entries through fire-rated walls, sealing around window and door frames, and electrical wire chasing prior to plastering.
  • Perfect for fixing door frames, timber structures, windowsills, and thresholds.
  • Also suitable for insulating behind cladding on exterior walls and in automotive applications.
