Product Information

Checking antifreeze used to be simple - just check the freezing point! Now with modern engines and EV cooling systems there is a need to measure the acidity of the coolant. Over time coolants decay and their acidity increases which increases the internal corrosion within the cooling system. The Laser 9193 PH tester has been introduced to allow the user to quickly check the acidity of the coolant.

  • Application: Suitable for measuring the acidity of antifreeze, coolants and water. Ideal for car, vans, HGV and agricultural engines. Machinery cooling systems as well as fish tanks and hot tubs, etc. Most automotive coolants should have an acidity level (PH) of greater than 7.5. Always refer to manufacturers data.
  • Waterproof pen style tester with temperature display. PH calibration solution included.
  • Measuring range from 0.00 - 14.00 PH, Resolution: 0.01PH, Accuracy: +/- 0.1PH, operating temperature: 0 - 50°C, Auto temperature compensation: 0 - 50°C.
  • Powered by 4x 1.5V LR44 batteries (included).
  • CE & RoHS compliant.
