Product Information

The 8982 has been developed to remove and replace the Audi coolant caps that are fitted with a locking device. The wrench has a specially shaped tooth that presses the cap release button as torque is applied.

  • Designed to allow the coolant cap to be released using 3/8"D socketry.
  • Fits Audi OEM cap 4M0-121-321-Q, black cap with 8 flutes and a release button.
  • NOTE: Ensure marked lug aligns with release button on cap. WARNING: Never release the cap when the cooling system is hot & pressurised. Made in Sheffield. UK Registered Design.
