Product Information

Modern EV's and Hybrids have very complicated cooling systems that must be properly filled and purged of any air locks. The Laser 9116 is supplied with a set of up to date EV cooling cap adaptors and works with all Laser 5614 cooling caps. The Laser 9116 kit allows the user to connect via any Laser screw on type cooling cap adaptor to use workshop air generated vacuum to ensure the cooling system is completely full without air locks.

  • Designed to purge any vehicle cooling system covered by Laser cooling system caps. Please see Part Nos. 5614 & 5615 for HGV, Part No. 8027 for Hyundai & Kia, Part No. 7781 for VW Group & Part No. 8106 for universal compression type fitting.
  • Vacuum refilling is the best method to refill cooling systems to ensure no air locks.
  • New, innovative, air-operated venturi vacuum pump.
  • Supplied with caps for Fiat, MG, Renault & Tesla EV/Hybrid cooling caps. Air inlet: 1/4" BSP
  • Many manufacturers recommend the electric on-board cooling pumps are cycled to ensure complete refill. Please follow all manufacturer’s instructions.
