Product Information

A set of 14 diesel injector seat cutters and one injector base cleaner designed to ensure that the injector bore area is clean and faced to the dimensions required when replacing or reconditioning the diesel injectors, avoiding blow back and poor emissions. Supplied with a T-bar driver with 19mm hex socket.

  • Used for re-cutting injector seats when fitting injectors.
  • 19mm injector base cutter, Seat cutters include: 14mm flat, 15.5mm flat, 15.5mm angled, 17x17.5mm, 17x19.5mm, 17x20mm, 17.5x20.5mm angled, 17mm angled, 17mm flat, 15x19mm flat,17x19mm flat, 17x21mm angled, 18x21mm flat & 20x21mm flat.
  • 15.5mm Injector tube reamer included. T-bar included to drive the cutters (not for power tool use).
  • Manufactured from Chrome Vanadium.
  • NOTE: Always use with grease to help catch swarf.
