Product Information

This combined timing pin and auxiliary belt fitting set has been designed to be used to lock the crankshaft, camshaft and high pressure fuel pump pulleys on the Ford and PSA 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6L common rail diesel engines found across the Ford, Citroën, Peugeot and Vauxhall ranges from 2002. This kit includes the latest fuel pump sprocket locking tool for the Blue technology Citroën and Peugeot 1.6L diesel engines.

  • Kit includes auxiliary belt fitting kit for the 1.4 and 1.6L (DV4 and DV6) diesel engines.
  • Together with fuel pump sprocket locking pin for the latest generation Blue technology Citroën and Peugeot 1.6L diesel engines (from 2014); Vauxhall/Opel 1.5 and 1.6L Blue injection diesels (from 2017).
  • Equivalent to Ford OEM 303-734/21-162, 303-732/21-260 (2) and 303-735/21-263; Citroen 0194-J, 01099-B1 and B2, 0194-D; Vauxhall/Opel KM-6349, EN-52138, EN-52137, EN-52141 and EN-52142.
