Product Information

Manufactured from the same material as the Laser 8396 vehicle fire blanket but only 3m by 3m size. The reduced size and weight make it ideal for controlling fire in batteries that have been removed from the vehicle for storage etc. also ideal for laying over smaller electric vehicles like motorcycles, scooter lap top and other battery powered systems.

Features
  • Size: 3 x 3 metres, thickness 0.45mm. Weight: 6.15kg.
  • Material: E glass cloth coated with silicone coating. Can withstand direct temperatures up to 550°C, with a melt point of 1000°C.
  • Suitable for electric & hybrid vehicle battery packs.
  • Reuse - A fire blanket should be considered a consumable product, however, if the blanket shows no signs of mechanical damage or heat degradation it may be reused.
