Product Information

An insulated plastic safety clamp, manufactured to DIN VDE 0680-1 standards, designed to secure transparent insulating shrouding in place to prevent accidental contact with live terminals. Ideal for use by electricians, auto electricians or mechanics working on hybrid and electric vehicles.

Features
  • Insulated spring-loaded plastic clamp, to hold insulating transparent shrouding.
  • Length: 140mm. Jaw opening: 20mm. Weight: 52g.
  • Features rubber contacts in the jaw to protect the insulating shroud.
  • Manufactured to DIN VDE 0680-1 standards, for safe operator use on live voltages up to 1000V.
  • Suitable for use with Laser 1000V insulating shrouding, Part No. 6676. WARNING: If you see any insulation damage, like cracks or exposed conductive material, replace the tool immediately for safety.
