Product Information

Lockout management station kit including padlock, hasp, safety signage and lockout bag. Allows tags and padlocks to be assigned per trained technician and accountability to be adhered to. Addition of lock out hasp ensures that no interference to assigned technicians vehicle should occur. Ideal for any large bodyshop/workshop with multiple trained technicians working on Hybrid/EV vehicles.

Features
  • Lockable wall mounted, lockout management station with adjustable shelves provides a safe and secure storage facility for electric and hybrid vehicle key and MSD (manual service disconnent) units to prevent accidental activation of HV systems while performing service and repair. Size: 360 x 450 x 155mm.
  • High visibility safety lockout bag with lockable strap to prevent unauthorised access. Ideal for locking away vehicle keys, EV MSD's (Manual Service Disconnect switches) etc. to ensure accidental activation of high voltage systems is not possible. Size: 440 x 245mm.
  • 76mm long shackle, non conductive nylon bodied lockout padlock (with two coded keys), for preventing accidental activation of, or access to high voltage systems. A pack of 12 reusable, self adhesive high voltage labels (150 x 75mm) for indicating high voltage parts of the vehicle. High voltage sign (2pc) to inform employees/customers of high voltage risk.
  • A pack of 10 lockout tags, providing safety warning with self-adhesive overlay on back of tag, allowing for authorised employee name to be written. A pack of 10 Hybrid/EV warning sign (for hanging on internal rear view mirror or steering wheels), designed to serve as a warning that vehicle is EV or hybrid.
