Product Information

A long series Star* 1/2"D socket bit designed for the BMW ZMS engines (4.0L and 4.4L V8) fitted with a dual mass flywheel where the mounting bolts are off centre to their access points.

Features
  • Applications include: BMW 1, 2, 3, 5 Series (from 2014); 4, 7 Series (from 2015); X1, X3, X4 Series (from 2014); MINI Clubman (from 2014); Hatch (from 2015) and Convertible (from 2016).
  • Engine codes B37, B38, B47 and B48 (1.2, 1.5 and 2.0L).
  • Overall length: 75mm.
  • Socket manufactured from Chrome Vanadium, bit from S2 steel.
  • Equivalent to OEM 11 4 180. The reduced shank diameter of the tool allows the socket to line up with the bolts.
