Product Information

The Laser 8353 seal fitting tool for JLR requires a precisely manufactured spacer ring for use on certain JLR engines listed below. JLR specify this ring for use with their version of our 8353 (JLR-303-1237). Its primary function is to push the seal in a measured distance to ensure that the trigger wheel operates correctly.

  • Applications include: Range Rover & Range Rover Sport TDV8 3.6 & 4.4L.
  • Use with Laser Part No. 8353 (OEM JLR-303-1237).
  • Equivalent to OEM JLR-303-1237-01.
  • Developed to be used with the OEM crankshaft position sensor ring installer to effectively reposition the sensor ring.
  • Use in accordance with OEM instructions. Made in Sheffield.
