The Sealey Injector Stud Repair Kit VS640 is specifically designed for repairing injector clamping bolts on Mercedes CDi engines. This kit allows for efficient reaming of broken M6 injector clamp bolts and replacing the M6 thread in the cylinder head with minimal dismantling required.

  • Includes M8 x 1mm Tap and 7mm/8mm Stepped Drill
  • Features a 6mm Drill and Drill Guide for precise operation
  • Contains Thread Insert Fitting Tool and five M8 x 1mm Threaded Inserts
  • Compatible with inner thread M6 and outer thread M8
  • Thread inserts available separately (Sealey Model No. VS640RF)
