Product Information

The XP1000 VDE Metric Socket Set is designed for professionals working on hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as electricians handling live circuits. This comprehensive 17-piece set includes:

  • Thirteen 6-point sockets in sizes: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14mm.
  • A reversible ratchet with a quick-release mechanism and 45-teeth for an 8° movement.
  • Three extension bars measuring 50mm, 100mm, and 150mm.

Each component is insulated and has been tested to 10,000V, ensuring safety when working on live circuits of up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. The sockets and extension bars are forged from durable chrome vanadium steel, while the ratchet is crafted from high-quality carbon steel. The set comes in a sturdy plastic storage case with an integrated handle for easy transport.
